- Basic Plan : Basic Engineering diagram explains the skeleton of plan provides a basic room measurement.Customer can ask for the different view in a plan before freezing the plan.This helps in reducing Engineering time.
- Detailed Plan: Detailed plan covers each measurement of wall,windows & Doors.This document is forwarded to internal team as a working plan.
- Furniture Layout: Furniture layout defines actual space in the home after fitting the suggested furniture units like Sofas,Beds,TV,Fridge,etc in the detailed plan.
- Electrical Layout: Electrical Layout explains the number of electrical boards per room & respective fan & light points along with AC,Fridge,Aqua purifier points.
- Plumbing Layout: Plumbing layout defines the water flow & pipe sizes according to the requirement.This document also defines the position of EWT set,Shower & Wash basin points.

This helps bringing clarification for owner before starting any project regarding the budget & empower him to plan according to his requirements.
